Gary Hawkins Sr. is a graduate of Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, Georgia. He is the founding pastor of Voices of Faith Ministries in Stone Mountain, Conyers, Gainesville, Jonesboro, Georgia and Baton Rouge Louisiana. Voices of Faith has seen its membership grow from seventy-five to more than eleven thousand members in only eight years. It has been recognized by Church Growth Magazine as the twenty-fifth fastest growing church in America.
Ordained as a bishop in November, 2005, Bishop Hawkins was listed by The Church Report Magazine as one of the top twenty-five leaders to watch in 2005. He has authored eleven life changing books. In addition to his dynamic style of preaching a simplistic Word, Bishop Hawkins is internationally known for his Marketing Your Church for Growth leadership conference.
Bishop Hawkins embraces pastors, leaders and entrepreneurs by teaching biblical principles that push them into another dimension of kingdom building. Out of his passion for reaching God's people, he birthed the Eagles Nest Ministry through which he serves as a spiritual father and mentor to over eighty senior pastors and their spouses.
