Birmingham Bear wants to be YOUR special online Teddy Bear. BB's very keen to help us all through this recession with lots of bear hugs - even for politicians and bankers! Birmingham Bear is looked after by veteran TV broadcaster Mike Prince along with Michael Grant who knows all about Teddy Bear business matters! If there's ever a difference of opinion in the Birmingham Bear board room - it's always resolved with a bear hug. That's what the world needs now - Teddy Bear logic in the corridors of power...maybe Birmingham Bear can show us the way. BB has a special human friend called Tim Jones who's a great puppeteer and singer. Tim and BB are very close!

In a warm-hearted fictional back-story, BB was made in Birmingham in the 1920s. Over the years he's given thousands of cuddles to boys and girls, men and women, to help them on their way.
