About Birds stole the cookies
"Birds stole the cookies" is a side project I had in my mind when I was a little girl... I just needed time to grow old and write the stories you can listen here.
Birds are a part of me. They are the freedom I fight for everyday. When I was a child, I drew tens of opened cages and free birds on the walls of my room. My parents thought it was strange but I guess it was the start of this project.
Cookies are a metaphor involving the childhood memories, the wonderland every child lives in through dreams, the strenght and fragility of it all... Cookies break easily.
Birds stealing cookies is the way I found to describe all the steps we have to climb, the things we have to experience and the barriers we have to break till we are free...
The first album of this project is called "Cookie Jar".
