I create different videos, varying from many different topics that I deem to be important, and hopefully you do too. I also make binaural beats.

Don't know what binaural beats are? In very simple terms, they are sounds, that when are set to a certain frequency, can effect the brain in different ways. The frequencies are said to release endorphins, or give you confidence, or make you alert, or sleepy, or give you a surreal feeling of reality, and a myriad of other things. They aren't dangerous in any way, unless, of course, you are sensitive to these kind of things.

How to use binaural beats:

- Wear headphones. You need these so that the sounds can pulse from ear to ear. Also, the cheaper they are, the cheaper the quality of the sound, and thus, worse the effect.

- Relax. :)

- Close your eyes, if you want.

- Clear your mind and focus on the sounds.

Note: Just like hypnosis, these don't work on everyone. They may or may not work on you. Though, I would love to hear your experiences. Please comment on any of my videos and tell me how they worked out for you. :)
