In general everday life you talk to people on a social and business level, and that will always involve your past and your life experiences. As it goes one of my life experiences was making South African Meat Products as the owner/manager of UK butchers shops. Now when i mention biltong, people start to show interest and start to ask questions. I have lost count of the number of conversations i have had on how to make biltong. So thus my YOU TUBE channel was born. I will go into the basics on South African Meat Products and how you can make these at home to enjoy. If not making it you will at least get a better understanding on how the products are manufactured.
