Answers to commonly asked questions:
1.) What skipping rope do you use?
I use the championship freestyle rope from buyjumpropes.net for my freestyle. If you order from them, make sure you order some spare cords.
2.) Are you on a jump rope team?
No, there are none in my area. I am self taught.
3.) What's the right length for my rope?
There is no 'right length' the general guideline is if you stand in the middle it should reach your armpits, but only use that as a guideline. You want to experiment, and find the length you most like jumping with.
4.) How tall are you?
6ft 3", or as I prefer to put it, too tall.
