That's a Japanese Daion Caribou guitar he is playing from the late '70s, pretty rare very highly sort after now days.

Albert Lee is a master of his craft and highly underrated, never grabs the spotlight, pops up playing with many artists, I get the impression he'd play with anyone who thinks they might be able to keep up but the next time you see him he is just one of the band.
