国土交通省東北地方整備局の釜石港湾事務所が３月１１日に撮影し­た、岩手県釜石市の釜石港を襲う大津波映像。同事務所の屋上から­職員が撮影した。

　映像は、津波警報が鳴り響き、港の水面が徐々に上昇していく場面­から始まる。船が停泊しているコンクリート製の乗り場が海に沈み­、間もなく大津波が襲来する。
