I love this twist but I think it pissed a lot of people off because they were sick of Hogan / nWo always coming out on top. People can only take so much of the heel winning. Conversely, Mick Foley winning the belt on Raw was uplifting since he had been screwed (kayfabe) out of the belt previously...
