Five computer animated videos and song clips give a useful Christian programme for younger children, but fun to watch for everybody. Key features are jargon-free dialogue and a story-line that is true to the gospel texts while including background context. There are three stories from Jesus' ministry linked by the town of Jericho and two stories covering Jesus' birth, from the crowning of King Herod to the visit of the wise men. All have memorable music and songs, which greatly enhance the enjoyment of the programme.
The author, Dr. Bill Geers, is a Church of England Licensed Lay Minister in the Diocese of Oxford. Married, with four children, his whole family were involved in making the videos around 1990 with the series title Bible Storygraphics. His wife Geraldine and teen-aged daughter Sarah were responsible for all of the music.
