These are beautiful rifles. My father has a 1958 example and its as smooth as butter to cycle. I have a 1998 Brno 452. I like having the Brno name on both rather than CZ, although I know that they are the same rifle really. Accurate and robust, what more could you ask for.

Never a bent rod with this driver or flatted rails. Well done indeed. Sand boxes would have helped the crew but its not an ideal environment in such a damp place as Wales. Loved the vid.

Is there much grasstrack about in Shropshire as I did it as a schoolboy many years ago and would like to see some. Its nice to see a Jawa, they all seem to be running GM these days on Elite league speedway on the box.

Lovely barley twist seat springs. I have them on my 1934 Hopper (Barton on Humber) which is also with 28" wheels, a step up and cottered bottom bracket. It's huge and I'm 6' 1 1/2." I'm rebuilding a 1929 Rudge Whitworth gents cycle at the moment. Gulp, it's again fitted with 28" wheels.
