Just look at his mouth when he's singing. Great technique, great support from the diaphragm. Give this guy a few years and he'll become the best tenor or tenor-martin around...would give an arm and a leg to be able to sing like that.

The best version of this song I heard in Germany...by a singer called Georgette Dee. She's a drag-queen...but God, the voice and emotion were just incredible.

Ceci est un chef d'oeuvre, tout simplement. Je le connais par coeur.
J'ai le CD mais j'aimerais tant revoir cet opéra avec les artistes originaux...ça a passé à Radio Canada il y a presque 10 ans déjà. Comme je le disais, la première distribution fut la meilleure.
