The sax solo at the end of Billy Joel's "Scenes from an Italian Restaurant" also draws from the part around 0:32. Not just rap music borrowing from this song.
For the record, I like "Drive Slow" best out of the hip hop samples, but I have no problem with anyone who's into Pac's or Eminem's track...
