try it on Dennis Siver or Cung Le and see if it works do that and I'll be impressed until then it's just food for thought. What alot of Aikido people need to consider is I'm not just going to spin outta nowhere I'm going to set it up with a leg kick, punches, or even a shove.

@VGADiablo Ur wrong, in semi knockout SPARRING there are no punches to the face. But this is not that type of SPARRING. there are three main sparring styles in karate. Free Sparring, Semi Knockout, and Traditional. this is traditional.
