Nowhere in the constitution does it state you have a right to be given a job in your home town. You have to earn it and may have to to where it's located.

They are highly resilient. Short of allowing their eyes to freeze from being exposed to the cold air. They will be fine. We make it a point to put them back very quickly and not let their eyes freeze.
