This film is out of date as the course was re-structured years ago.

The program was syndicated all over the UK, I used to listen to/record it on Viking Radio (Hull area). I still have a few recordings on TDK cassettes and listened to one only a few weeks ago. Happy days - thanks for the upload!

Logically looking at the detached chip, it's from the vertical pcb attached to the transport, bottom left hand corner looking from the front. Having the cassette loaded has caused more damage as the door would have taken the brunt of the impact - the cassette just filled the crumple zone and pote...

The recorder appears to be set to record, not a problem but the output is set to SOURCE so all it is doing is looping the sound from some where else. The machine could potentially be not recording anything!
