Big Head Family is film Production Company specialising in experimental projects, across the board - feature films, documentaries, music videos and multi media projects. Big Head Family also works with NGO's on film making workshop projects. Big Head Family is involved in ongoing practical research into the potential for the filmmaking process to act as a pedagogical methodology for facilitating critical exploration of a subject in a group.

Big Head Family was founded by Joaquin Del Paso and Lucy Pawlak. As an organisation it employs a decentralised and autonomous structure aiming to encourage experimentation with alternative film making methods.
