My opinions:

Campaign - Has to be MOH.

Graphics - MOH hands down. Black ops graphics are terrible.

Multiplayer - Got bored of Black ops after 2 hours. Still spend a majority of my time on the ps3 playing MOH online.

Content - Got to be black ops, tons to do. MOH is quite limited compared.
