The Biblioteca, located in San Miguel de Allende Mexico, is a 50 year old non profit library who's mission is to provide bi-lingual cultural and educational growth opportunities to local youth, residents, and visitors via literature, language, educational programs, music, film and the performing arts in San Miguel de Allende.

The Biblioteca Pública is considered one of the most important bilingual libraries in Mexico and is comprised of more than 80,000 volumes in Spanish, English, German or French and offers many lecture, film and theater events. In addition the Biblioteca provides yearly scholarships to deserving local students.
