Welp, why dont you have the gov ammend the constitution so the fed legally takes those rights away?

Why is leaving issues up to the state, wrong? We leave capital punishment up to the states...why not make that federal as well? In fact, why not give the states no power, and leave ever...

@givemearandomnamenow I will admit though... I am really sad to see all of the evangelical voters in Iowa... Iowa has been one of the most progressive states in the union(literally), and they come in here and bring their god-fearing, bible thumping hee-haw and it's annoying. Really damn annoying....

Let me break it down:

Iowa is heavily Evangelical, and there were 3 people to vote for as an evangelical.

Perry, Bachmann, and Santorum. And Santorum didn't open his mouth like Perry and Bachmann did during the debates, thus he cannibalized their votes.

And another thing. RP isn't pandering to the evangelicals like huckabee did, and he's still getting the high poll numbers. As an Iowan, I can safely say that RP is doing very well in Iowa, and it's not from religious pandering, nor telling people what they want to hear. It's actually... very hope...

FYI, Ron Paul doesn't want to get rid of SS, at least like you think. He'll transition out young people, while supporting the people who payed into it most of their lives.
