Sauté-ing veggies doesn't kill enzymes you douche. Enzymes are proteins for one thing, and I wasn't aware that cooking food "killed" proteins. Sure proteins can become denatured, but at cooking temperatures for short periods of time? Cmoonnnnn. Read a book broscientist.
