Below the Beltway: A Film About Vienna, Virginia

"Below the Beltway" is the story of an auteur who follows six residents of Vienna, Virginia vying for the same summer job at a hip cafe recently taken over by a mysterious, vaguely Soviet, woman known only as Stacy. Once a close group of friends, the characters find their world collapsing around them. It was written by C.M. Nagans and directed by Kevin G. Bender. The film is slated to be finished by spring of 2007.
