So I have been playing the guitar for about 6 years now, and I have had a teacher during 5 years. I enjoy playing post-hardcore, metalcore, but especially bands like Black Veil Brides or Miss May I. I can't accept requests simply because I haven't the time to.
How I record my videos: I record my audio track using a Pocket POD (line6) that I plug on my computer. I use the software Audacity to record the audio (it's free). Then I record the video and edit my track and the video together with the software Windows Movie Maker (it's free, too). If you see that my guitar isn't hooked up in some of my videos, it's because I record audio and video separately (I don't need the sound of an amp when I record the video because my guitar track is already recorded).
My favourite guitarists are Jake Pitts (Black Veil Brides) and Synyster Gates (Avenged Sevenfold).
I'm often asked what effects I use on my videos: so clean, distorsion, sometimes reverb or delay and that's it.
