About Birds of Belize DVD
The new Birds of Belize DVD, Version 7, is the result of filming in Belize from 2005 through 2011. 264 species are represented, all of them filmed in Belize. The species presentation is in the order of the illustration plates in the field guide "Birds of Belize" by H. Lee Jones, illustrated by Dana Gardner. Vocalizations for many of the species are included. Many of the vocalizations are from the CD "A Bird Walk at Chan Chich" by John V. Moore. This version of the DVD will be available at various locations in Belize beginning in 2012. All proceeds go to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and education in Belize. Available now to US addresses for $15 US, postage paid.
