My name is Harvey. I am a Disciple of Jesus Christ.

This is a paper I wrote for Composition -- fits well here

I was once was part of this domain, this unit, this so called nation, under god, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. Those are My Rights.......right? I can do what I want, when I want, and how I want to do it, with a few exceptions. That's what I did. I lived for me, I served me, for me. The world was my playground. it's yours too, ya know. Maybe we can just call it Our's to sound civilized.....Shall we?

Though we may not all be on a running rampage, it's not about what you can see, It's about what you can't. Have you ever seen a news report about someone who killed a bunch of people for no reason at all, and when they interview the killers' friends and associates, they always say something like "He seemed so normal". Actions may be bold, but intentions are bolder. What you have done or did is finished or will be, but intentions stick, they are dangerous. The killer might of only killed some people, but his intention might have been to keep them alive in an agonizing state for as long as possible. This was my diagnostic; a soiled conscious. Full of hate and revenge, like-minded to the murderer mentioned above.

December 12, 2007, I was in a fatal car accident. My skull was open wide, and wounded my brain. I went into a state of shock and was rushed to the E.R. Eventually, I blacked out into a deep state of unconsciousness. The doctors had nothing to say to my parents, they were just as anxious as they were. After four days in the coma, I woke up with a plate in my head, some screws, staples, and...........without a pain or a single side effect! I'm blessed!......I guess(ed).

After all that had taken place, I was left at a state of confusion. Why was I revived? I definitely deserved death and hell. To make a long story -- short, roughly 2 years ago, I decided to serve Jesus Christ, though I didn't go to church much, and never read the bible. For the next few nights, I kept crying out to Jesus, I wanted to be connected to him, in some way to fill in this gap I had inside of me, but something was telling me that I was not worthy. One night, I made a firm decision to follow Jesus Christ with all my heart, get everything out of my life that hinders me from him, and NEVER look back. Just after that, it happened; I met Jesus Christ. It was completely out this world. It was what no man has ever seen, heard, or imagined. Which is why I cannot explain it. It was -- it was -- it was -- I literally cannot put it into words. Every disciple of Jesus Christ has had a meeting with him, a spiritual encounter, which none of them cannot explain either. It was the outpouring of god's spirit inside of me. It was not some good feeling euphoria, it was divine, a Divine Revelation. Jesus was calling me to be his servant. I am not special, we are all called to be his servants, and anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved. Sometimes, you just have to keep calling and calling until you know you have met him. He wasn't telling me to go study the bible, even though the bible does contain the words of Jesus that we will be judged by, because after Jesus died on that cross he rose again. Neither was he calling to build church organizations. He was calling me for service, calling me to make disciples of all nations. I took heed to the call. Jesus gave me a new robe, which was clean and white, without wrinkle or blemish. He gave me a new mind and heart that wanted to do his will. After that I was never the same. I didn't think the same way, talk the same way, eat the same way, sleep the same way, and so fourth. I don't fit in anywhere anymore, even my (old) friends want nothing to do with me. "Christians" will slander you and call you names.

99% of Christians don't follow Jesus, they are Church members. The Church is a business that robs people of money and eternal life. The Church is a wicked institution, it's part of the world. That is why Jesus said if the world hates you, know that it hated me first.

"These people see, but do not perceive. They read, yet do not comprehend. They hear, yet do no understand. Their hearts are hardened. Dear Child, I am the truth. You do not need to look anywhere else. Your attention must stay on me. Do not let people distract you. I am the Light that will guide you through the darkness. Rest in me. Out of the blind, one who can see. Out of the illiterate, one who comprehends. Out of the deaf, one who understands. My wisdom and light will shine through the humble and lowly in this world. A learned man thinks he is wise in his own eyes. My spirit gives life."

Why am I quoting this? This is a message Jesus gave to one of my brothers in Christ, about a week ago. I think it speaks well in this passage. His sheep know his voice, and they listen to him, even though least of the time he speak with an audible voice, he speaks as he pleases, he is king, he is lord.
