In einen Land in dem es Schulpflicht gibt , muß es nach Inkraftreten der UN-Behindertenkonvention auch bundesweit GEREGELTEN Unterstützungsbedarf zur INKLUSION geben . Eine andere Vorgehensweise wird sowohl Behinderte alsauch Nichtbehinderte benachteiligen !
