One more issue! We need to regulate the temp of the brew box. A temp switch to turn to start and stop the glycol is one way. Any ideas for alternate ways?

Actually a Chayote is very nutritional. Yeah, would have spit it out if I bit into one thing it was a pear. There are many ways to prepare it. Boil it, peal it and eat it in salads. Chop it up and fry it with with onions, olive oil, butter and salt. Great story!

Actually I just add 20-30 psi of CO2 to my newly keged beer and then with some shaking to help dissolve the CO2 into the beer I turn the pressure down let it sit for a 5 minute then run a pint for tasting.
