I have a couple major peeves- if you're moving your mouse up to that 'subscribe' button, you should know this first. I do not 'sub for sub', and I do not pay attention to your spam. So if you're on the prowl trying to get a subscription to your channel with meaningless crap on it, the door is over there. If I look at your account and like your videos, I will subscribe.
Secondly, I don't care if you're subscribed to me or not, if you spam my channel/comments/inbox/etc, you will be blocked from my channel. The end.
