This is my workout log.

I pledge to start keeping a weekly workout log to inform others about the great sport of powerlifting.

I am a Tennesean living in the Great State of Arizona. I am a co-owner of Verde Barbell Gym in Camp Verde, Arizona. I am 5' 10" tall and I weigh 255#. I have competed in NASA, 100%RAW and WABDL meets. I hold Arizona State Records in all three federations.
