that most likely means youre not getting late launch. if thats the case then yes you are losing velocity
yes i have. the videos ive posted this off season have been a chronicle of the journey ive been on mechanically. trying to find a healthy pattern to avoid having a groin injury again. in theory, once i get comfortable with it, it should produce more velocity as well. but not until i get them to be second nature.
decel dvds are exactly that. teaching about deceleration. once the ball has left your hand. doesnt address lower half. and you dont have to have weighted balls. it is helpful though
interesting question haha im wearing some nike turf shoes. not sure exactly what theyre called. but that also happens to me. its an unavoidable inconvenience
