Toonzai, in their airing of Dragonball Z Kai, turned Mr. Popo blue to avoid racial stereotypes.

Why couldn't they just hire DiMaggio? I mean, he already stars on another CN show, it's not like they didn't have access to him. He had a huge support behind him when he played the Joker in Under the Red Hood, the obvious choice was to cast him.

4 part plan is this.

Overall the design of the Joker isn't THAT bad.... Under the Red Hood and Justice League/Batman TAS had slightly better designs though.

What really turns me off about this Joker is the voice and the overall scripting.... the jokes are neither funny or threatening.

I think it may be an odd coincidence. The movie came out slightly after that episode.... they wouldn't have had time to put that into the movie in such a short time.
