I stopped treatments for high school and I have a birthmark on my right cheek. The problem is mine is bumpy and not smooth and you can always tell I have a birthmark. Does anyone know if there are specific treatments for that?

one way to compromise especially for the environment is just to try to cut out one serving of red meat (cow, pig) from your meal each week.
