About this user
I know and appreciate the immigrant experience.
The practice of immigration law is not just a job to me. It is part of my family heritage. My dad was an immigrant.
I often wonder, if he was going through the immigration system today, how would his applications to become a permanent resident and U.S. citizen be treated by the government?
My father's spirit guides me when I represent clients. Every case I handle is done in his honor and memory. Every immigrant I assist is a reminder of his courage and inner strength - the same courage and inner strength all immigrants need in order to succeed.
At last count, I have helped clients from more than 65 different countries. My goal is to help at least one client from every nation in the world.
My offices handle all types of immigration cases, including Deportation and Removal Defense, Immigration Court Hearings, Immigration Appeals, Green Cards, Lawful Permanent Residence, Citizenship, Naturalization, Asylum, Withholding, Violence Against Women Act, BIA Appeals, AAO Appeals, AAU Appeals, USCIS Appeals, Ninth Circuit Appeals, Family-Based Petitions, Fiancé Visas, Fiancée Visas, International Adoptions, Employment-Based Petitions, NACARA, TPS, Convention Against Torture, Registry, U Visas, T Visas and hopefully in the near future, DREAM ACT cases.
We have five offices in Southern California: San Diego, Escondido, Riverside, Hemet, and San Bernardino.
We recently opened our first Arizona office in Avondale, which serves the Phoenix and Maricopa County region.
