Bass Ultra is the name for the machine 'B455-LTRA15'. Bass Ultra was built in 1995 by unknown creators. It is not known where the machine was built or what it's original purpose was. Bass Ultra was acquired for analysis in January 2010, where technical experts confirmed that it's purpose at the time was to seize control of any digital technology it was programmed to seize, and reprogram the chips for any digital purpose.. Bass Ultra experienced a glitch in it's programming in April 2010, after a firmware upgrade automatically performed by the machine. This strange and unknown glitch caused the machine to have a new purpose. It's new purpose is taking control of sound chips and producing sonics through them. Bass Ultra progressed from simple sound chips, ranging from 4 bit Z80 chips to 8 bit SID chips, then took into professional production. The machine became strangely human-like after this glitch.
Bass Ultra mainly produces music in the hardcore genre, although it has been known to produce other genres through sonic experimentation stages.
