with that lift of cam, 458 485, your not lookin at 450 hp, you need 550 lift to be anywhere near there, not even including, what you have internally, to get 450 hp, you need forged bottom end, yours sounds bone stock, hate to say it, maybe 320 hp.

my 73 c10 has a 383 stroker all forged, AFR2.08 1.70 heads 540 hp and 589ft lbs. Runs 10s

The gear ratios sound ridiculous. You were going like 80 mph before 2nd gear. Thats the reason why you can go so fast.

With those heads to cam ratio. Thing must easlily be pushing 800 hp. My sbc 383 has a set of AFRs. I swear by them. Best heads ever made
