I am 14 years old and a freshman at South High. I love gymnastics, but, unfortunately, can not do it anymore due to injury. I dislocated my elbow when I was five doing a front handspring on the trampoline. I got back in after that. Then, in late 2009, I fractured, sprained, etc. both ankles three times each. I was in a boot for 6 weeks two of the six times.

I am a shop-a-holic. I love the apple store. I don't have anything Windows anymore. I have a macbook and an iPhone and love them both. I will never in my life buy a Windows machine again.

I have lived many different places. I was born in Illinois and moved to Ohio. Then back to Illinois, then back to ohio. And then Arizona, and then Nevada, and now back to Ohio again. I am totally used to coming home one day and being told that we are moving again. I hope to just stay put this time though.

My best friends live in Arizona without me and I have no idea when I will see them again. I really hope it is sometime really soon. I miss them so much and my chances of seeing them again are not very good I guess because we live across the country from each other.

One friend I will never see again though. She was hit by a motorcycle riding her scooter across the street. We got the news and she passed away the next morning. She was a great gymnast and more than that, a great friend. She has a place in all of our hearts. She impacted our lives in a away that will never return to the way it was. Having her on out team was so much fun. We will never forget her and she will always be in our hearts.

I will be going to Wiilloughby South High School next year. I am pretty excited. I want to be in the yearbook club and I want to be on the swim team. I can't wait to actually be in the big league. I am going to be in honors geometry and I am not sure how that is going to work out. I am not very good at math. but i got into there somehow so maybe I am better than I realize.

So yeah, I've had a crazy and dramatic life, but all that came out of it has made me a better person. If I didn't go into gymnastics because I was scared to get hurt, I would have never met all of my friends and coaches. If I didn't move so much, I wouldn't have so many friends in the first place. Everything that happened, happened for a reason. Some good, some bad, but it happened and there is nothing I can do about it. Things like this is what makes life interesting and worth living. We will live for the good times, push through the tough times, and have our friends by our sides to get through it all.

I have pretty much just written a novel about my life and I am sure that there is much more to come but for now that is it.
