This is coming from a Van Halen fan, ELO has the best backup vocals I've ever heard.

ELO is really one of the best bands of their time. They have a very diverse set of songs, all songs are meticulously perfected, and they have the BEST back-up vocals I've ever heard (this is coming from a die-hard Aerosmith and Van Halen fan). They are just plain epic.

This guy is my inspiration to keep playing euphonium.

David Childs is just freaking amazing............ I've talked to musicians I met everywhere and they all ask me "where do you expect playing Euphonium to get you?". I tell them to listen to this guy. He makes all the musicians I know look like wannabee recorder players.

My dad and I realized a long time ago that most of Sammy's songs, with or without VH, are filled with thinly veiled penis/sex metaphors. However, in this song, he ommits the veil entirely <3
