I'm a "YouTube"-ville citizen that enjoys sharing my personal experiences about my natural hair journey and some of the things I do in my everyday life like easy cooking, playing in makeup, saving money, and more. Also I'm here to learn how to care for my natural hair in a healthy way, cook easy recipes, apply makeup like I'm a pro, and laugh from the wonderfully informative and talented "YouTubers" out in "YouTube"-land! Fully natural since Big Chop on 12/22/07 (I can't believe it has been that long ago YAY :-D), transitioned w/braids off and on using The Crown & Glory Technique™

for 7 months (last relaxer or perm 5/23/07)! My hair type is 4.

My Personal Natural Hair Routine (currently adjusting to try new products and new techniques):

* Everyday - Mist with Filtered Water (my tap water is very hard)

* Every other day - Wet w/4 cups of Filtered Water in the shower and then mist w/Glycerin Spray (Please refer to the "Easy Glycerin Spray" video for my custom recipe).

* At night - Braid or Twist my hair in random sections cover w/Satin Bonnet (I use the drawstring kind or the one with elastic on the inside, but I reverse it so the elastic band doesn't rub and take my hair out at my hairline) and sleep on a Satin Pillowcase

* Every week - wash and condition (using Kimmaytube's Buffer Technique)

* Styling (Styling Natural Hair videos posted, but still working on new ideas) - Mostly, I use a wide-tooth comb and I finger-comb only on wet hair.

* Every month (or so) - Moisturizing Treatment: (steam treatment video posted) Conditioning Treatment must say,"Leave on hair for 15 minutes" in the instructions

* When needed - Co-Wash (how-to video posted),Trim (I finally got a trim; look at my "Hair Trimming Experience" video) and an ACV rinse (recipe posted too).
