The Barefoot Patriot is a conservative radio host, political comedian/satirist whose comedy is more hidden than obvious, thereby challenging his audience "to keep up." With his deadpan style he doesn't break a sweat as he points out the absurd side of politics.
The Barefoot Patriot is a native of the Philadelphia area. His interest in politics can be traced back to his youth while attending a rally for Richard Nixon. Years later, as a young adult, he met Ronald Reagan during a campaign rally held at a small firehouse.
The Barefoot Patriot is "very passionate as to what's going on in America," and after 40 years of following politics has developed and honed his act as The Barefoot Patriot , successfully attracting a large audience.
Tracking polls have shown that The Barefoot Patriot's website, youtube channel, facebook page, and myspace are being viewed by people of all the political parties and ages. "I believe in reaching out to our young people, they are the future of this country." This conviction has young voters listening and relating to his unique style and messages.
Before throwing his hat into the political ring, The Barefoot Patriot was familiar with the world of entertainment and comfortable in the spotlight having been interviewed on radio stations across the nation and most notably NPR and The BBC. Newspapers and magazines have featured his work and a Philadelphia network TV show did a piece on him about his part in making Grammy history in the nomination consideration process. He lived in the Philly area, now residing in West Virginia, he was a voting member with N.A.R.A.S. and the Grammy selection process.
The Barefoot Patriot's mission is two fold: 1) to expose those political candidates and elected officials who would like you to believe they have the answers but don't follow through with their campaign promises. 2) And to show that conservatives are not stuffy evil people in suits... they come in all walks of life.
