Dear Sirs,

Since my last letter, the youtube username http://youtube.com/user/Bardiitch has post copyrighted material of the Three Stooges. This is a blatant disregard for the copyrights of this protected material. Most has been posted about 4 months ago and has been missed by the sweep that the Sony legal department has conducted.

Here are the link to http://youtube.com/user/Bardiitch illegal postings of Three Stooges. This user has been very prolific and requires immediate attention. This is not public domain and is protected material, Three Little Beers, Wham-Bam-Slam, Horsing Around and nearly 50 other copyrighted shorts have been posted and available for download. This is very serious as this user has a very arrogant disregard for copyright laws and needs to be made an example of.

This one requires special attention as it is also cross linked on Google video.

I believe that immediate and prompt action will be taken and this youtube user will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law as provided with full penalties served. I will follow through to insure that a court sopena over copyright infringement is issued to those person(s) that have posted this material and are made to be severely reprimanded, account terminated with penalties served.

As a shareholder, a member of the Three Stooges fan club and an administrator at a Three stooges message board, I feel this type of activity is unacceptable and this is a situation that must not be condoned whatsoever. Someone needs to discuss this situation with the youtube legal department immediately and get these videos removed. I will continue to follow up to see that all available recourse is taken in this matter with Columbia, C3 and Sony legal departments.
