Only three hours ago we received new information about the former Prime Minister, who has been taken under escort to Hamovnichesky Court. A spokesman for Judge Victor Danilkin clarified the situation a little bit by saying that today the reading of the sentence has begun, these are the justifications of six of seven articles, on which the former Prime Minister being charged. When reading the sentence there sounded the charges like the theft of state property in large-scale, the financial fraud and the abuse of the authority powers. The reading of the justification of the main Vladimir Putin's charge will take place tomorrow. The former Prime is charged under the 205th article of the Criminal Codex as a person who assisted in the preparation of an act of terrorism to intimidate the population and to influence the current government authorities.

Нам стало известно, что буквально 3 часа назад бывшего премьер-министра под конвоем доставили в Хамовнический Суд. Пресс-секретарь судьи Виктора Данилкина немного прояснила ситуацию, сообщив, что сегодня началось чтение приговора, обоснования шести из семи статей, по которым обвиняется бывший премьер-министр. В процессе чтения приговора прозвучали такие пункты обвинения, как хищение государственного имущества в особо крупных масштабах, финансовые махинации и превышение должностных полномочий. Завтра будет чтение обоснований по основному пункту обвинения. Бывший премьер обвиняется по статье 205 Уголовного Кодекса как лицо, участвовавшее в подготовке акта терроризма с целью устрашения населения и оказания воздействия на органы действующей власти.
