@STARD00R yup you gain skill points such as increased line of sight etc, but that is being worked on (seeing as it's still in pre-alpha tech demo atm :) also itll have random npc with professions like cooks and police

It does not matter if you dont extract all rar files:just unrar the first part, it wil extract all of them automatically
