Ban all haters from youtube!

For those who do not know, 'Haters' as they're known are people who go round leaving one star ratings on good videos and people who leave harsh/nasty comments and offend peoples colour, tone of voice and accent,and video, just because there bored. These people should be abolished from youtube.
