I will now be using this channel instead of Balious but I will still call myself Balious.

Okay listen up. I do not gain any profit from the videos I upload onto my channel! I do own the right however to use my commentary which belongs to me. All of the content that is shown in my videos do come from their respective companies.

With all this said all my videos uploaded are commentary in nature as it is said in the Fair Use policy of copyright law.

I will now add the following rules:
1: No bad comments on my channel or videos. For example - This video sucks!. Stop talking! - I respect peoples opinions but these comments just make you look like an idiot if you ever do so.
2: No racist, sexist comments etc are not allowed. I will instantly remove any I see and block the person from viewing this channel.
3: No Spam. It just annoys people. This includes comments where person says first and so on.
4: No Arguments (discussions are fine). I will put a stop to any I see.
5. No Spoilers unless it happens in that video or earlier on in that LP.
6. No asking me to sub to you. If I like your channel and videos I will sub so no asking sub4sub or anything like that.

I first made a youtube account in 2006 but never really started doing let's plays until start of 2010. Due to stupid things by myself and such I moved from Balious to Baliou5. I will still be calling myself Balious though and I go by these nicknames that I allow people to call me:
