I read somewhere that this shot was a technological advancement, and that the sequence of (4?) lenses used to effect the zoom was invented on-the-spot by the cinematographer. Remember, zoom lenses weren't invented for decades. That I remember, there were 4 lenses mounted on the camera for diffe...
