Last week, one of these videos ended up in my "Videos Recommended for You" section on the YouTube homepage. Assuming it was just a harmless application, I decided to download and run it. Lo and behold, the file disappeared and a number of unwanted programs ranging from BHO's to keyloggers end up on my computer.
After several failed attempts at getting rid of the software, my computer would no longer start up correctly, and I eventually ended up having to actually delete all partitions from my PC and create a new one. Thank God I had a backup!

Here is a part of RainbowMan's definitely more hardcore stage and behavior when compared to TankMan. I wanted to prove that RainbowMan could be a pretty interesting design even if many people think the opposite. Enjoy the madness! ^_^
EDIT: I'm currently in the process of turning this into a game using N64Mario's MegaMan engine. I'm currently learning how to do this.
It took less time to make this one because a lot of the assets needed were already made. Only had to compose 1 song. Still, designing the stage and drawing all of this took a while... ^_^ MegaMan is pretty much animated frame by frame for almost the entire video. Note that GlueMan is already defeated. It's just to show how his weapon is used in the "game" and how it's RainbowMan's weakness. Kinda like QuickMan's weakness which is also used in his stage. So no, there is no GlueMan video. ( : Enjoy! I think it's pretty kick ass! ( :
About the soundtrack, my friend Yan helped me by composing 2 songs. My favorite of his is the Stage Select theme. Keep in mind it's VERY difficult to come up with great 8-bit original melodies. All my respect goes to the awesome artists at CAPCOM who make the MM music. So, in order of appearance, here is who made the songs you hear in the video: Title Screen - MegaMan 10: MegaPhilX Stage Select Screen: Yan Thouin Stage Start: MegaPhilX RainbowMan Stage: MegaPhilX (I think it's awesome!) Robot Master Battle: MegaPhilX Stage Clear: MegaPhilX + Original MM2 Weapon Get Screen: Yan Thouin All music was made with Famitracker except Stage Select and Weapon Get which were made with Reason. (The drum tracks was made separately in Famitracker for those.)
Sorry about those whose posted early comments. I had to re-upload the video because Youtube for some reason lowers the quality of the beginning of the video. I've re-posted your comments.
Thanks to all for your comments and feedback! I'm currently trying to make this into a real game that should be playable using N64Mario's MegaMan engine. I'm still in the process of learning how to make all of my ideas come true in the game-making software and learning how his engine works so it's going to take a while before you see new gameplay videos. I'm also producing assets at the same time. You'll be able to see them on megaphilx.deviantart.com if you are interested. I definitely want to make this game a reality so all of your support really helps to go forward with this. I did learn Flash and Famitracker from scratch just to create this video so I should be able to programs stuff for the game as well.

Another late vid. I've always wanted to remake Super Mario Bros. and make it fitting for MKF, using it's NES style. After seeing a lot of failed attempts, I decided to give it a try. There was a lot of discussion, but eventually it ended up like what you see now. Lost In Retro combines the best parts from Super Mario Brothers, making one huge 4-part level. However, that's not all; it even adds quite a few elements from the Lost Levels Famicom version, and even a few unexpected twists! If you're also expecing only fireflowers in this level, you're very wrong. There are a lot of hidden powerups scattered throughout the level, adding a lot of variety and replay value. There's also a hidden room that you can access in each part; It's a special warp room which serves as a hub for accessing all other areas from anywhere. If you can find the entrance, that is. First time playing as Classic Mario. Enjoy the retro goodness!

Quite a late video, but by request, here it is. Gemini Canyon is a rethink of Gemini Wings in a platforming perspective. You'll see a lot of familiar enemies here, which will gladly try to destroy you. There's also a boss planned, possibly Green Walrus, but it hasn't been included yet. This is also the creator's hardest level so far. Don't let your guard down. First time playing as Vile, he seems to work pretty well here! Also, nevermind Vile's spawn in the middle of the video; that waterfall area really showed just how rusty I was...
