Keith, I've been a fan of your work since you were co-hosting the Fitcast a few years back, good to hear from an Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach who really knows what's up. I enjoyed the latest video about working on low back by attacking the hips first. It seems that this is also a good approach to tight hamstrings, which often can't be stretched that well because of supertight hip flexors.
