i have tried astral projection and i love it only achieved it purposefully a few and i mean few times. thats what manual i was referring darryl to. it is an energy manipulation guide to yourself. any way since i started using bruces techniques i have constantly been able to recall dreams and i enter lucidity much more frequently. meditation is key.
