Maybe you have already found your answer but in case you haven't, Chin Na is a part of shaolin kung fu wich are different methods of combining grappling, holding and joint locks.

Yes very true, I learned a slightly different version of this form. But I think this one looks awesome,

espacially the part after the Pu bu.

You don't have to be a buddhist to start shaolin kung fu, sure some of the monks study zenbuddism, but kung fu is about skill (physical and mental) that you gain from training very hard. I'm not a christian myself but in my opinion nobody should be restricted in starting kung fu, ...

Could you maybe show me a video? And What style did/do you study? I'm just searching for traditional stuff, you do know that the shaolin don't use saches or 'belts' to show their level of expertise.

From what I heard, 18 fists of lohan (Luohan shi ba shou) was the first form, but maybe I've been misinformed.
