It all started when my neighbours (18) would go out and let their teenage daughter have over who ever she wants,even people she doesn't know.They drink,party till sunrise,the guys have street fights and leave broken glass in the street which they'd never clean up.At first we tolerated it and cleaned up their broken glass til one neighbour got a flat tyre and had to stop his young daughter from playing outside their home cos of glass in their lawn so we asked them to clean up after themselves and they rebelled,the mother as well.At the next parties if Noise Control got called they'd urinate and vomit around neighbours mailboxes and laugh at them and fire fireworks.One time a neighbour came down from another street and yelled 'fuck up' during one of their (18) all niters and the next morning his mailbox was smashed up.
Police wouldn't do anything cos there was no evidence that the neighbours from hell did it.Then another maori family like them moved into the area (20) and took sides with them (18).
When 18 would purposefully fire their fireworks that were landing on other neighbours property or hitting neighbours cars as they drove past the lady at 20 would defend them at 18 saying it was accidental and that fireworks will accidentally do that.
Then more fireworks would get fired at ppls homes and all of them would laugh.
One day the maori lady at 20 confronted the paperboy bout why he wasn't delivering a paper to them.He told her her sons called him poof and fag so he'd miss them.So the maori neighbour hit the boy on the nose.He called the police on the cellphone but when the police turned up the lady convinced the police the boy was paranoid cos her sons were calling each other that and not him.
The paperboy says that her son was lying and that her sons comments were meant for him cos her son was looking at him when he said them but the police sided with the lady and ordered the paperboy to deliver to her.
But when the paper employing the paperboy found out about this,they told the paper boy he didn't have to deliver to people who had agressive dogs or who were harrassing him.
One day the maori lady at 20 and her kids left the area.Eggs were thrown at the paper boys house that day.Police did nothing cos there was no evidence.
A few months later 2 maori guys moved into the area and were convinced by 18 to target their neighbours cos they didn't like noise.To this day that continues.
They set their car alarm off at 3 in the morning,but apologise for it then let it off again,and this has now been going on for 3 years
